​Missing or broken parts We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your BIRD FEEDER with any of the parts missing, or broken. please contact customer service a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased it or order number if you got it online, and a photo of the damage if applicable for immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.
